What Does it Matter? Linking Food to Health

  • Old Divinity Schools St Johns Street Cambridge England (map)

Pop along to watch documentary film ‘Food Matters,’ followed by 4 experts discussing the question: to what extent does what we eat directly affect our health?

For this unmissable FREE event, they are screening documentary film 'Food Matters,' and following this up with a panel discussion around just how far what we eat can be linked to our long term health.

Some of the film's far-fetched claims have made it quite a controversial documentary. So they have gathered a panel of 4 experts in the health and nutrition field to discuss their thoughts and opinions on just how far we can link what we eat to our health.

At a time when people are focusing more and more on their health and well being, the opportunity to look at what we eat and how we live is more timely than ever. However, also on the rise are contradictory diet and exercise trends that change daily and have no real scientific evidence to support them. This event will dig deep beneath money making myths we are sold and look into the realities of what health should mean for us.

Join them after the film and the talk for drinks and networking.
