Cambridge Carbon Footprint

CCF is a local registered charity, one of the founder members of Cambridge Sustainable Food. CCF aims to support people to live more sustainably, in particular by reducing their carbon footprint, and organises a number of events throughout the year to do this, including Open Eco Homes and various skillshares (e.g. cooking) and swaps.

Eat Cambridge

Eat Cambridge is a festival of food and drink which first began in 2013 and has since been held annually. The not-for-profit festival is geared towards showcasing the multitude of local food producers, to an audience of local food lovers, as well as offering the chance for suppliers to meet and get in contact.

Global Sustainability Institute

The Global Sustainability Institute (GSI) is part of Anglia Ruskin University, but its network, research and impact have a national and global reach. The GSI aims to develop practical solutions to the sustainability and environmental concerns we face today, through a cohesive, information-based approach.

Provenance Kitchen

Provenance Kitchen operate out of their original Airstream, serving seasonal, nutritious, restaurant-quality food in pop-up locations around Cambridge. The menu is determined by the produce and seasonal availability, and therefore changes daily.
