Letheringsett Water Mill grinds out over three and a half tons of flour a week, all grown from English wheat, including spelt wheat. The mill is also a top tourist attraction, winning an award for seven years running. The mill now is recognized as one of the great Norfolk mills and their flour and bread is sought after all over the country. It is the only working watermill in Norfolk.

You can see the Mill working most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11am till 3pm. Their shop is open Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm and Saturdays 9am – 1pm.
