CATERING MENU

High-quality catering for meetings, conferences and events. Our service combines fresh, seasonal food with clear climate and social impact: profits from catering are reinvested into Cambridge Sustainable Food’s community food poverty projects.

We use climate friendly, local and seasonal produce from our community farm and surplus ingredients wherever possible, creating menus that are practical for events, delicious and full of flavour.

Meze Box Lunch £13.50 per head

Roasted cauliflower and hazelnut salad with pomegranate

Kale and sweet potato salad with lentils and zingy dressing

Mexican-style bean and corn salad with coriander and Chilli

Cake Platter £3 per head

Enjoy a selection of our homemade cakes with up to 4 options. We cut them small so everyone can try them all.

Vegan and non gluten options are included as standard, but let us know if you need something specific

Fresh fruit £2 per head

How to order

Please email us with the your choices and the number of people, the date, time and delivery address and any dietary requirements we should be aware of.

We require a minimum of 5 working days to fulfil and orders will be confirmed by email.

Please do contact us sooner as we sometimes have limited availability.

Allergies

Every effort is made to ensure food is served as labelled but we can not guarantee the absence of allergens as we prepare a range of dishes in our small kitchen.

Payment

Invoices will be issued after your event. On occasion we may request a small deposit, this will be deducted from your final bill.

All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

Delivery

Delivery within Cambridge city is charged at £20.

Collection from the Arbury Social Cafe at The Meadows Community Centre is welcome and any order can be collected between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday collection is available until 2pm by prior arrangement.

All food is delivered in compostable packaging and we can add cutlery and napkins if required.
