Food Justice Alliance Coordinator

Cambridge Sustainable Food is recruiting a Food Justice Alliance Coordinator to help shape a stronger, fairer response to food insecurity across Cambridge.
This is an exciting strategic role at the heart of a city-wide partnership. You’ll work with community organisations, public services and residents to improve collaboration, map and evaluate local food support, strengthen the voice of people with lived experience and help the Alliance influence policy, funding and wider systems change.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, collaborative and full of energy. You’ll have experience in partnership working, community development, network coordination or food systems change, alongside a strong understanding of food insecurity, sustainable food and the wider pressures that affect people’s ability to access good food.
Salary: £36,000 FTE
Contract: Two years, subject to funding
Location: Cambridge, with hybrid working
Hosted by: Cambridge Sustainable Food CIC
