As an organisation you can play a key role in shaping a food system that is good for people and our planet. The food we eat and serve can have a big environmental impact; globally the food system accounts for one third of greenhouse gases, contributing to the climate and ecological crises. But it doesn’t have to be this way. By following a climate diet and choosing food that has a lower carbon footprint we can all make a big difference. 

You can be part of making this a reality in Cambridge by establishing a sustainable and climate friendly food culture within your organisation from the food that you serve, to communication and education within the workplace.
