Join Meadows Cambridge for two fermentation workshops on Thursday 20th October, 1-3pm or 6-8pm.
Participants will have the opportunity to talk through and make a jar of lacto-fermented local vegetables (giardinera style) to take home.
Workshops are free of charge with the option of a £10 donation for Cambridge Sustainable Food’s cost of living appeal.
