Log into zoom at 5:30pm (LINK HERE) for a short 60 minute session - ready to eat by 6:30pm. While there is very little preperation needed in advance, please do have all your ingredients to hand and your equipment ready to go, so we can all finish on time!) Ingredients and equipment below.

Ingredients for Climetti Spaghetti
Serves 6
For the sauce
1 Large onion
5 Good sized carrots
2 Garlic cloves
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 cup vegetable stock (made with ½ stock cube)
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Big squeeze of lemon juice
For the pasta & topping
1 x 500g packet spaghetti
1 tablespoon oil
1 x clove garlic
Zest of a lemon
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 slices stale bread torn into small pieces
Pinch of dried sage
Equipment
Chopping board
Knives
Frying pan (biggest you have)
1 large pan to cook pasta
Coarse grater (fine grater is best if you don’t have a blender!)
Kettle
Peeler
Zester
Blender- any sort (not essential but makes a smooth sauce!)
