Delicious cakes and bakes, Allotment Bakery currently stocks the counter of NOVI on Saturdays with tasty cakes and The Larder at Burwash Manor every weekend with freshly baked sourdough, salads and sandwiches. All of their sourdough is handmade in small batches using locally milled flour, organic sea salt, and water.
