Pop up garden, permanent communities.

This summer, Cambridge Sustainable Food is hitting the rails with a vibrant Travelling Garden Bike, touring stations across the Great Northern, Southern, and Thameslink rail networks. We are looking for green fingered community groups to work with us to make a difference to their local station and showcase the work their already doing locally.

From June to October, the Travelling Garden will stop at stations across the region. At each stop, a bespoke garden box, co-created by station partners and local community groups, will be proudly on display outside the station on our bike - transforming public spaces and inspiring commuters with messages about care for nature, the environment and sustainable local produce. The journey will be shared online, amplifying your impact far beyond the tracks.
