Rosie Sykes Cook-a-long

Rosie Sykes is a chef, writer and consultant. She has worked with some of the leading names in British food including Joyce Molyneux, Shaun Hill, Alastair Little, Delia Smith and Margot Henderson.

Rosie has written for many publications including the Guardian and Observer, Waitrose food magazine, Woman and Home and has featured in the FT and sunday times.

Her first book The Kitchen Revolution which she wrote with Polly Russell and Zoe Heron came out in 2008 (Random House) and her second book The Sunday Night Book (Quadrille) came out in October 2017 and Roasting Pan Suppers (National Trust) came out Autumn 2020.
