Join local chefs Lucy Robinson (Stickies pop-up) and Hilary Cacchio (www.hilarycacchio.com) cook a simple recipe along with Lucy, while we ask both chefs what they would cook from the various fridge #shelfies or lack-lustre fridge drawer veggies we have had sent in over the Food for our Future campaign.

Lucy has been cooking professionally for over 20 years. Having started out at Hotel Tresanton working under ‘the hotel inspector' Alex Polizzi and then head chef Jock Zonfrillo, she has since worked in event and private catering, been a chef for the Ferrari F1 team for several years and has taught cookery both in the UK and abroad. Having moved to Cambridge to start a new business she was one half of Stickybeaks for a busy 8 years before the call of little feet saw a change in direction to start a family. She now runs private cookery lessons in Cambridgeshire.
Hilary is an international itinerant private chef, having cooked on islands without electricity, ships without kitchens and celebrity homes in New York, Cape Cod, Madrid, London and Paris – often making her feel like a posh boutique carrier bag. This peripatetic professional life has gifted her with a pretty down to earth view of food and an unshakeable obsession and sense of value for seasonal and local produce. Not to mention some interesting tales!
