Learn to Cook Cambridge has received the Bronze standard business award following its commitment to sustainable food.

The owner, Aasia, has been giving cookery classes in and around Cambridge since 2014. Lessons are given in her Ely kitchen but she is also happy to come to your home or workplace to teach you how to cook awesome dishes. Aasia owns another bronze award winner business: Bibi’s Indian Cookery Classes.

Concerned by the impact of food on the environment she has decided to reduce meat in her recipes and to promote vegs and lentils as a delicious alternative.  To reduce waste she is delivering plastic-free catering and anyone following a class is taking some food home; a nice way to reduce food waste and have a tasty meal at home.
