Letheringsett Water Mill grinds out over three and a half tons of flour a week, all grown from English wheat, including spelt wheat.

The mill is also a top tourist attraction and recognised as one of the great Norfolk mills. It is the only working watermill in Norfolk and their flour and bread is sought after all over the country.
