Pippin Tree Press are a local independent, family run business who provide hand pressed, pure apple juice.

Pippin Tree Press use apples solely provided from Heath Fruit Farm in Bluntisham, just 3 miles from where the apple juice is pressed. The apples used are surplus and would otherwise go to waste. The glass bottles can be returned back to them to be sterilised and reused again.

The juice is sold at Ely and St Ives Farmers Market as well as through Foodens.
