Taste of Cambridge

Taste of Cambridge have achieved a silver award for their focus on vegetarian food made with ingredients sourced locally.

The sugar and chocolate which they use in their brownies is Fairtrade. The foodtruck, locally renowned for its falafel wraps, uses packaging made from recycled and recyclable materials in all cases except the soup spoon.

Artur, from Taste of Cambridge, said on receiving the award: “We are very proud to receive this award. When I established Taste of Cambridge one of my main aims was to contribute to a better future for the next generation. By having a vegetarian/vegan food business I hope to improve the welfare of animals, the environment, and the health of our local community. We will continue to improve our sustainable food purchasing and our work towards making a healthier Cambridge.”
