With nearly 50% of meals eaten outside the home, catering and procurement offers one of the most effective ways to drive large-scale changes in healthy and sustainable food.
Cambridge Sustainable food:
Through its Pledge/Award Scheme, works with restaurants and other catering businesses, including Cambridge colleges, to help them source healthier, more sustainable, ethical and locally produced ingredients
Promotes the development of the Cambridge Food Hub, which will link up local producers with local caterers
Tracks and promotes achievement of healthy and sustainable catering accreditation

Sustainable Fish Cities
The Sustainable Fish Cities campaign aims to get cities buying, serving, eating, and promoting only sustainable fish.
